By accessing or using ecosport.lighting (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to all visitors, regardless of whether you have an account or are an authorized vendor.
This Site provides information about EcoSport sports lighting products and allows you to request spec sheets, build proposals, and contact us. You may browse flagship models, view applications, and submit project inquiries.

All content on this Site — including product names, model numbers, specifications, images, logos, designs, text, and software — is the property of EcoLite Holdings, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and patent laws.
The EcoSport name, logo, and product model designations (Apollo G3, Atlas Scorpius, Sirius, Fusion, Ares) are trademarks of EcoLite Holdings, LLC. You may not use them without prior written consent, except to identify EcoSport products in legitimate project specifications.
Proposals generated through the Build My Own Proposal tool are for your internal project evaluation. You may share them with project stakeholders but may not use them for competitive analysis or to source alternative products.
Product specifications, dimensions, performance data, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep the catalog current, but the authoritative source for any specification is the confirmed product datasheet provided at order time.
EcoSport flagship platforms are custom-factory order with a 60-day lead time. Warranty is 25-year non-prorated, governed by our published warranty terms.
Proposals generated through the Build My Own Proposal tool are estimates based on the information you provide. They are not binding offers. Pricing, lead times, photometric performance, and availability are confirmed only in a formal quote document issued by an authorized EcoSport representative.
Orders are subject to EcoLite Holdings' standard terms and conditions of sale, which will be provided with any formal quote or purchase order.
The Site uses Google Analytics 4 (only after cookie consent) and Google Maps Platform (address autocomplete). These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control how they handle your data.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Product warranties are governed solely by our published warranty terms and do not extend to website content or functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcoLite Holdings, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of this Site is limited to the amount you paid for products ordered through the Site in the preceding 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EcoLite Holdings, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or damages (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
